Excitement Abounds! It is “Full Speed Ahead”, as the Wolff Properties Team prepares for the relocation of its corporate office.  We will be joining our friends in Creve Coeur at the Regions Bank Building.  The office will be located on the second floor encompassing over 2,800 square feet.  While we will miss our “Clayton Comrades”, we are looking forward to experiencing the numerous amenities Creve Coeur has to offer and the opportunity to strengthen our bonds with old friends and to create new ones.

New Acquisitions include Best Western Hotel in Meza, Arizona; a ninety-nine year hotel ground lease and a 3,500 square foot building occupied by Steak N’ Shake Restaurant in Franklin, Tennessee.

New Developments include re-developing its sites located at: (i) 11456 Olive Street Road in Creve Coeur, Missouri currently occupied by Starbucks, Regions Bank and Thompson-Reuters; and (ii) 9860 Manchester Road in Rock Hill, Missouri which was formerly occupied by Steak N’ Shake.

Renovation
Our dedication to the renovation of existing properties is just one way we work to achieve this goal.  In 2008, Wolff Properties completed renovation of several of its St. Louis properties, including Woods Mill Park Apartments, Pebble Point Apartments, and Winchester Square Shopping Center.  We expect to initiate a significant renovation of Oakville Shopping Center in 2009.  The plans call for new signage, a new front elevation, enhanced landscaping and streetscape.
