Wolff Properties News
We are comfortably settled in our new corporate office in Creve Coeur, Missouri and look forward to the completion of several projects designed to enhance the residential living experience at our apartment communities. At Woods Mill Park Apartments & Townhomes located off Hwy 141 in the heart of west St. Louis County we are underway with construction of new community amenities slated for completion in the fall of 2010. These include a 3000 sq. ft luxury clubhouse featuring a state of the art fitness facility, bathrooms, showers and a parlor complete with a bar area, kitchen and multiple big screen televisions for our residents’ enjoyment. A new outdoor swimming pool will be open for the summer 2011 season. There will also be a new tennis court and a playground and picnic area with fire pit and pavilion are also being built, nestled in the lush 20 acre property of Woods Mill Park. Another improvement recently occurred at Deerfield Apartments in South St. Louis County, off Tesson Ferry. New Hardy board siding and gutters have been installed throughout the property, giving Deerfield a fresh new look. In addition, we redesigned and updated the Deerfield leasing and management office. The resident clubhouse at Pebble Point Apartments is also being renovated in 2010. We also expect to initiate a significant renovation of the Oakville Shopping Center, in St. Louis in 2011. The plans call for new signage, a new front elevation and enhanced landscaping and streetscape.
New Acquisitions:
Recently, Wolff Properties purchased the free standing structure which houses a Stater Brothers Grocery in Cosa Mesa, California, a 3000 sq. ft. building occupied by Mattress Firm in Clayton, Missouri, a ninety-nine year hotel ground lease in Mesa Arizona, as well as a 3,500 square foot building occupied by a Steak N Shake Restaurant in Tallahassee, Florida. Future retail and commercial developments also include a 7 acre parcel adjacent to Winchester Square, our existing shopping center in Temecula, California. Site concept plans are currently being developed for this area. Anticipated construction of this property is not expected before 2013.
